“Rien n’est jamais acquis à l’homme,
Ni sa force, ni sa faiblesse,
Ni son coeur…”

“You’ll love this book, for sure, because it is made of history itself and little anecdotes of one of the Riviera’s most successful ventures in business tourism: LSO. They are especially rich in lenny’s memories, confidences, passions and achievements…” David Benyamine ( CEO O2C)

As the new year begins, I would like to renew with you, my friends, clients and partners, the privileged relationships that have united us in the past.
On for a short update of my numerous and diverse activities!
Upmarket Hotels Consulting
In addition to the advisory role that I play in the areas of Business Tourism and Events Management, I am also accompanying several hotel investors who wish to aquire new 3, 4 or 5 star establishements.
After guiding the investors in their research and aquisition, I hope to continue accompanying them in the rehabilitation and supervision of the overall project.
I currently have more than 30 establishments for sale throughout France.
The list of these hotels is available on request, either via this blog or by email.
Business support
For several months now I have accompanied two young companies in the development of particularly innovative concepts :
- QUALITELIS, specialised in satisfaction questionnaires and quality control follow up within the hotel industry and mass distribution.
- SVP-EXPERTISE, recently renamed WELCOM, specialised in precision training of high level butlers and hosts intended for top quality hotels and individuals.
Education in Business Tourism
I continue to teach Business Tourism subjects to degree level students at the IUP in Nice.
And music is my pleasure…
For over a year, I have presided the association ANDANTINO, which celebrates 10 years of existence in 2010. Supporting our regional orchestra is a real pleasure, and we are always looking to increase the number of partners looking to intoduce classical music into business.
I look forward to hearing from you, and send you once again my warm and sincere best wishes for 2010.
Best regards
