Argentina, a country of astonishing beauty and unbelievable diversity !
Two countries to discover at Francis Ford Coppola’s eco lodges
I had the chance to discover 4 countries in Central America last December : Panama, Costa Rica, Belize and Guatemala.
I was particularly impressed by the F.F. Coppola lodges in Belize and Guatemala.
La Lancha, close to the archeological site of Tikal on the shore of Petén Itza lake, is a one stop not to be missed.
Beside the visit of Tikal, located in the middle of the jungle, a very pleasant cruise on the 100 km2 lake to visit the exquisite village of Flores, will complete your stay at La Lancha.
The second lodge located on the other side of the border in Belize, the Blancaneaux Lodge, beautifully decorated, is worth a 3 nights stay in order to visit the many Mayas’ sites and enjoy the discovery of extremely important wild life.
Finally, the splendid Turtle Inn, on the shore of the Caribbean sea offers beautifully decorated villas, excellent service and an amazing wine cellar.
A real must : spend one night at Coral Caye, 35 minutes’ away from Turtle Inn by boat with only company birds, turtles, lobsters and marine fauna.
Thanks to Myriam Kournaf, General Manager of FFC Resorts, for having given me the opportunity to discover those extraordinary and unique venues.

The first semester was particularly slow in demands and confirmations. The second was for us far better.
We had the pleasure to organize several high end journeys.
The US and Western Canada were as always the most requested destinations.
Several very successfull programs in Cuba were planned.
In Europe, a fantastic week-end in Andalucia and Sevilla during the Easter week-end with the spectacular processions.
Italy, where we organized several programs in Roma, Amalfitan coast, Sicily, not to mention a wonderful meeting of 60 guests in Florence during the harvest in the Chianti vineyards.
This winter, several programs are planned and more particularly in Central America, including Panama, Costa Rica, Belize & Guatemala.
